Descripción:
The proposed project consists of the permanent repairs of the components
of the Panamerican Piers 1 & 2 that were damaged by
the impacts of the September 2017 hurricanes, all in accordance with plans,
contract documents and technical specifications. Bidders of this project shall submit the Proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Contract Dcouments, until May 24,2023 at 10:00 AM.
A non-compulsory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held using Microsoft Teams Application on April 18,2003 at 1:30 PM (Local PR Time). PRPA strongly encourages prosepective bidders tro attend the pre-bid conference.
In order to participate, bidders should obtain drawings and bidding documents by:
Access PRPA website, https://www.prpa.pr.gov/, to download the Advertisement for Bids for Bid No. 2-23 and fill the included Bidder's Registration Form.Request bidding documents and drawings, by submitting copy of the Bidder's Registration Form to the following email, elcolon@prpa.pr.gov, until May 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM.Bidders are advised that they must be registered as possessors of the contract documents for the project and possessors of all such amendments.
The Bid Opening will take place virtually on May 24, 2023, at 10:30AM through Microsoft Teams Application. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Bids Board.
