​​The
Comprehensive Cancer Center of the University of Puerto Rico (the “CCC”),
hereby issues this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to request Statements of
Qualifications (“SOQs”) from companies interested in selling, manage and
support the 340B Federal Program for acquisition of qualified medications and
to provide support to properly manage the orders, delivery the ordered
medications in a compliance fashion, pursuant to a one year contract (The
Project).  This RFQ seeks to identify
reputable suppliers capable of providing medicines and supporting the
management and operation of the 340B Program at the Hospital.


This RFQ is being issued to identify those
Respondents that meet the minimum requirements necessary to carry out the
Project in compliance with federal regulations covering the 340B Federal Drug
Pricing Program.  We seek qualified
vendors who can reliably supply medicines listed in Appendix C, store these
medicines in Puerto Rico, and provide a comprehensive suite of services to
support the management of our 340B federal program.
