Descripción: The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) requests of proposals from qualified firms or entities to perform services for the Compliance Risk Assessments Chlorine Gas for Camp Santiago Join Training Center (CSJTC) and Fort Allen Training Center (FATC).

Proponents interested in participating in the Request for Proposal (RFP) should send and email to gcrespo@gnpr.pr.gov and yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@army.mil. The email must refer to the RFP number and indicate the information of Proponent, not limited to the name of the entity, name of authorized representative, telephone number, and email address where the RFP package will be sent. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be sent via email gcrespo@gnpr.pr.gov and yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@army.mil. The mandatory pre-propsed meeting will be held on December 14, 2023 at 2:00p.m. in the Office of State Affairs of the Puerto Rico National Guard located in the GAM Tower Building, Level 6, Tabonuco St. #2, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The proposal submission will be December 29, 2023 at 10:00a.m. in the Office of State Affairs of the Pueto Rico National Guard located in the GAM Tower Building, Level 5, Tabonuco Street #2 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Response to this RFP should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP package. The opening date of proposal will be held on December 29, 2023 at 10:15a.m. in the Office of State Affairs of the Puerto Rico National Guard located in the GAM Tower Building, Level 6, Tabonuco Street #2 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The Proponents must have an eligible status in the System Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting their proposal and signing the contract. Prior to award the RFP, the PRNG must obtain the clearance from http://sam.gov to verify whether the Contractor is or not eligible for award due to suspension, debarment, or imposed limited deniel of participation. The PRNG is an equal opportunity employer and oes not discriminate as to sex, gender or sexual identity, race, age, national origin, religious creed, civil status, war veterans, handicap or disable status. The PRNG may order the partial or total cancellation of this RFP process, regardless of the phase it is in, as long as it is before the contact is formalized. The PRNG may amend any notification of RFP document, when it serve the best interests of the Government of Puerto Rico.
