  ​Any legal person interested in participating in this Request for Proposal (RFP) should send a request to the email address gcrespo@gnpr.pr.gov or yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@army.mil on or before the Submission Date. The documents will be downloaded free of charge. Any Respondent or person interested in submitting a proposal for the reference RFP must access to the Orientation Meeting. The orientation meeting will be held virtually through the Microsoft Teams platform. Prospective Respondents should confirm attendance and email address prior Orientation Meeting. The proposal submission date will be on May 9, 2024 at 10:00a.m. in the Office of State Affairs of Puerto Rico National Guard located in the GAM Tower Building, 5th Florr, Tabonuco St. #2 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The opening date of the proposal will be held on May 9, 2024 at 10:15a.m. in the Office of State Affairs of the Puerto Rico National Guard located in GAM Tower Building, 6th Floor, Tabonuco St. #2 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The PRNG may order the partial or total cancellation of this RFP process, regardless of the phase it is in, as long ad it is before the contract if formalize. The PRNG will faithfully comply with the public policy of preferential purchases provided by Law. The PRNG may amend any notification of RFP document, when it serves the best interests of the Government of Puerto Rico. The Respondents must have an eligible status in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting their qualification, proposal, and signing the contract. The PRNG does not discriminate based on race, color, geneder, oring or social status, political or religious ideas, age, nationality, for being a victim or being perceived as a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, veteran status, real or perceived sexual identity or orientation, physical, mental or sensory impairment.
