MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: All interested firms or individuals must attend to mandatory pre-proposal meeting, to be held on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Room A or B on the P Floor, located in the Minillas Government Center, Torre Norte Building, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The deadline to submit the proposal by the bidders is June 28, 2024, until 3:30 p.m. The proposal will be presented in person at the reception of the Administration Office of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), located at the Minillas Government Center, Torre Norte, Floor 6, San Juan, P.R.

Descripción:
Request for Proposals for Professional Services (RFP) No. 2023-24-98: Contracting of Professional Services for the Evaluation of General Conditions of Real Estate; Development of the Maintenance and Repair Plan, and; Preparation of the Capital Improvements Plan, in accordance with the Transformation Plan for Puerto Rico 2023 promulgated by the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, according to the Certified Fiscal Plan provided by Section 201 of the Promesa Act. The Public Buildings Authority (PBA) requests proposals for professional services from qualified entities that provide engineering services for the evaluation of general conditions of real estate, development of property maintenance and repair plans, and preparation of capital improvement plans related to real estate.

Any Bidder interested in obtaining the documents of this bidding process must make, within the period established in the Notification of need for professional services, a payment of $75.00 at the Administration Offices, located on the 6th Floor of the North Building of the Center. of Government Roberto Sánchez, located on Avenida De Diego (Stop 22), Barrio Santurce in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from May 15, 2024, until May 21, 2024, during the following schedule 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. or 12:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The PBA will open the proposals for professional services on July 1, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. The Opening Act will take place in Room A or B of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), Minillas Government Center, North Tower, Floor P, San Juan, P.R. The Opening Act will be open to the general public.
