Descripción: Request for Proposals for Professional Services (RFP)
No. 2110-100: Contracting of Professional Services for design,
furnishing of equipment, materials, installation, labor, and commissioning of
an Electrical Vehicle Charging Station System (EVCSS) as follows: Design,
procure, and build an EVCSS at the Bayamon Government Center consisting of the
following: Three (3) level 2 charging stations @ 240V, single phase, up to 80A,
Two (2) level 3 charging stations @ 480V, 3-phase, up to 75kW. This RFP
includes a separate proposal for a 5-year term
operation and maintenance contract for the EVCSS Detail of Required Professional Services: The Public Buildings Authority (PBA) requests proposals for professional services from qualified entities that provide engineering services for the design and build of an Electrical Vehicle Charging Station System (EVCSS).

Any Bidder interested in obtaining the documents of
this bidding process must make, within the period established in the
Notification of need for professional services, a payment of $75.00 at the
Administration Offices, located on the 6th Floor of the North Building of the
Center. of Government Roberto Sánchez, located on Avenida De Diego (Stop 22),
Barrio Santurce in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from May 22, 2024, until May 29,
2024, during the following schedule 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. or 12:45
p.m. to 4:00 p.m Any Bidder or person interested in asking question(s) related to this RFP will present it to the AEP, in writing, by email to the address subastas@aep.pr.gov on or before, June 4, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. The email will indicate the RFP number as the subject reference. Any questions and requests for clarification that are submitted after the date and time indicated in this writing will not be considered.The PBA will open the proposals for professional services received on June 24, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The Opening Act will take place in Room A or B of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), Minillas Government Center, North Tower, Floor P, San Juan, P.R. The Opening Act will be open to the general public.
