Descripción:
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) requests for qualifications from Architects or Engineers (A-E) firms and individuals interested in providing services naturally required to properly execute the planning, design, permits, and construction observation necessary to improve the existing conditions of the PRARNG facilities. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) the PRARNG will qualify firms or individuals to perform investigations, assessments, major maintenance plans, design of rehabilitation and new construction, and other A-E services as part of the Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program.

Any Respondent (legal firm and individuals) interested in participating in this RFQ should send a request to the email address gcrespo@gnpr.pr.gov or yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@army.mil on or before the Submission Date. The documents will be downloaded free of charge. Any Respondent interested in submitting a SOQ for the reference RFQ must access to the Orientation Meeting. The Orientation Meeting will be held virtually through the Microsoft Teams platform. The SOQ Submission Date will be on July 3, 2024 at 2:00p.m. in the Office of State Affairs of the PRARNG, located in the GAM Tower Building, 5th Level, Tabonuco St. #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The openning date of SOQ will be held in the Office of State Affairs of the PRARNG located in the GAM Tower Building, 6th Level, Tabonuco St. #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The evaluation of the SOQ will be carried out in two (2) phases. The fisrt phase consists to validate SOQ compliance with Mandatory Requirements. The second phase consists to evaluate the SOQ that complied with the Mandatory Requirements. The SOQ will be evaluated according to the Evaluation Criteria for Professional Qualifications, Specialized Experience and Technical Competence, Past Performance, and Financial Capacity. The PRARNG may order the partial or total cancellation of this RFQ process prior to signing the contract. The PRARNG may amend any RFQ documents prior to signing the contract. The Respondent must have an eligible and active ststus in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submitting their SOQ and signing the contract. The PRARNG does not discriminate based on race, color, gender, origin or social status, political or religious ideas, age, nationality, veteran status, physical, mental or sensory impairment.
