Any Proposer or person interested in submitting a statement of qualifications and proposal for this bidding process must COMPULSORY attend the orientation meeting. Failure to appear at the orientation meeting will be sufficient cause for disqualification. The orientation meeting will have the purpose of clarifying to the Proposers any doubts that may arise regarding the bidding documents issued by PBA for this bidding process.
The orientation meeting will be held on June 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Room A or B on Floor P, located in the Minillas Government Center, Torre Norte Building, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The deadline to submit the proposal is June 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

Descripción:
All persons, natural or legal, that meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico, are invited to participate in the formal reference auction. These requirements are established in Chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, as amended, known as the “General Services Administration Act for the Centralization of Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019", as well as in the Regulation No. 9230 of November 18, 2020, as amended, known as “Uniform Regulations for Purchases and Auctions of Goods, Works and Non-Professional Services of the General Services Administration of the Government of Puerto Rico." Proposer must meet the necessary requirements to contract with the Government of Puerto Rico, in accordance with current legal provisions..The
Proposer must also be registered and eligible in the System for Award
Management (SAM) at the time of submitting its statement of qualifications,
proposal, signing the contract or issuing the purchase order. If he is not
registered in the SAM and is eligible, he will be disqualified. In
addition to this, in this bidding process, compliance with the provisions of
Law 173 of August 12, 1988, Law of the Examining Board of Engineers,
Architects, Surveyors and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico will be observed,
as amended, as well as Law 164 of December 16, 2009, as amended, Puerto Rico
Corporation Law. Therefore, any entity that represents a professional services
corporation and provides engineering services must be registered and registered
with the Puerto Rico State Department, as established therein

Any Bidder interested in obtaining the documents of this bidding process must make, within the period established in the Notification of need for professional services, a payment of $75.00 at the Administration Offices, located on the 6th Floor of the North Building of the Center. of Government Roberto Sánchez, located on Avenida De Diego (Stop 22), Barrio Santurce in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from June 7, 2024, until June 12, 2024, during the following schedule 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. or 12:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.Once the corresponding payment has been made, the PBA will send the Proposer a digital link so that they can download the bidding documents.
Any Proposer or person interested in asking question(s) about a matter in relation to this bidding process will submit it to the PBA, in writing, by email to the address subastas@aep.pr.gov on or before June 17, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.The proposal will be presented in person at the reception of the Administration Office of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), located at the Minillas Government Center, Torre Norte, Floor 6, San Juan, P.R.
The deadline to submit the proposal is June 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
The PBA will open the proposals for professional services received on June 25, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. The Opening Act will take place in Room A or B of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), Minillas Government Center, North Tower, Floor P, San Juan, P.R. The Opening Act will be open to the general public.
