Descripción: The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) requests firms or individuals interested to provide professional training to mitigate potential risks to human health of previously identified asbestos materials in various areas at the PRARNG. It purpose is to educate employees about the risks associated with asbestos exposure, including its properties, health effects and overall safey considerations. Audience will include personnel with different job resposabilities as General Maintenance Staff, Engineers, Environmentalist, and other office persons that work in areas identified wiht non-friable asbestos materials. Training empolyees is essential for successful operations in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG).

Special matters:
Any proponent (legal firm or individual) interested in participanting in this RFP should send a request to the email address sol.m.rosario2.nfg@army.mil or grespo@gnpr.pr.gov on or before June 21, 2024 at 2:00PM. The documents will be downloaded free of charge. Any Proponent in submitting a proposal for the referred RFP must access to the Orientation Meeting. The proposal submission date will be on July 17, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Office of Affairs of the PRARNG located in the GAM Tower Building 5th level, Tabonuco St #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The oppening date of the Proposal wll be held in the Office of Affairs of the PRARNG located in the GAM Tower Building 6th level, Tabonuco St #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico at 2:00pm. The evaluation for the Proposal will be carried out in two (2) phases. The first phase consists in validate the administrative doumentation required (Checklist) for this RFP. The 2nd phase consists in the evaution accordance with the Evaluation Criteria for Professional Quelification: Past Performance, Professional Qualifications, Approach and Methodology and Price. The PRARNG may order the partial or total cancelation or amend any document of this RFP prioro to signing the contract. The Proponenet must have an eligible and active status in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the time of submitting their proposal and signing the contract. The PRARNG does not discriminate base on race, color, gender, origin or social status, political or religious ideas, ages, nationality, veteran status, physical mental or sensory impairment.
