​​The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority’s Traffic Engineering Office will receive sealed proposals for procurement TEO-25-02 for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Devices Deployment for Traveler Information and Traffic Incident Management on PR-1, PR-2, and PR-30 - Design.

Proposers must submit their Proposal Documents in the Traffic Engineering Office, located in the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center, South Tower, 8th Floor, Santurce, Puerto Rico at or before 2:00 pm AST on August 15, 2024. An email will be sent to responsive Proposers on August 16, 2024 that will inform the names of all the Proposers that submitted Proposal Documents.

To obtain the necessary information, as well as the Request for Proposal documents, an email must be sent to subastastransito@dtop.pr.gov, providing the information necessary to register the interested party (complete company name, postal address, contact person, and email address). After the receipt of the email with the required information, a response will be sent to the interested party that will include an electronic copy of the Request for Proposal documents. THESE DOCUMENTS WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. Any question or doubt before the formal request of the documents must be sent to the Traffic Engineering Office at the previously specified address. The due date to ask questions related to this procurement is August 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm AST.

Any Proposal submitted must include a current copy of the “Registro Único de Profesionales” certificate from the General Services Administration.

The procurement award will be notified through email to the Proposers that submitted a Proposal once the evaluation process has been completed.
