  ​​Any Proponent (legally established firm or individual) interested in participating in this RFP should send a request to the email  address sol.m.rosario2.nfg@army.mil or gcrespo@gnpr.pr.gov on or before the August 19, 2024. The documents will be downloaded free of charge. Any Proponent interesting in submitting a proposal for the referred RFP must access to the Orientation Meeting. The orientation Meeting will be held virtually through the Microsoft Teams Platform. The proposals submission date will be on September 17, 2024 at 2:00pm in the Office of Sate Affairs of the PRARNG located in the GAM Tower Building, 5th level, Tabonuco St. #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The opening date of the Proposal will be held at the same date, September 17, 2024 in the Office of the State Affairs of the PRARNG located in the GAM Towe Building 6th Level Tabonuco St. #2 at Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The evaluation for the Proposal will be carried out in two phases. The first phase consists of validate the Administrative Documentation required (Checklist) for this RFP. The second phase consists of  evaluated according to the evaluation criteria for professional qualification: Past Performance, Professional Qualifications, Approach and Methodology and Price.  The PRARNG may order the partial or total cancelation or amend any document of this RFP prior to signing the contract. The Proponent must have an eligible and active status in the System For Awar Management (SAM) by the time of submitting their proposal and signing the contract. The PRARNG does not discriminate based on race, color, gender, origin or social status, political or religious ideas, ages, nationality, veteran status, physical mental or sensory impairment.
