Descripción:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Puerto Rico National Guard (PRNG). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from interested qualified firms which can provide a support and technical assistance in Public Assistance (PA). The technical assistance provide by Professional Services Contractors will assist the PRNG in expediting recovery operations for the (1) Closeout of DR 4339 - Emergency Work, (2) Oversight of the Implementation of the Permanent Work projects under DR 4339 - Permanent Work, (3) the Closeout of DR 4473, and (4) the monitoring, Evaluation and Closeout of DR 4493 (5) the Closeout of DR 4671 - Emergency Work (6) the Closeout of DR 4805 - Emergency Work . The Grant Management (GM) must be designed to successfully meet the demands and expectations of the five (5) major functions of GM (1) Program Management, (2) Contracts Management, (3) Data Management, (4) Financial Management, and (5) Compliance Management.

Proponents interested in participating in the RFP should send and email to
rfp2025@gnpr.pr.gov
to request the RFP package. The email must refer to the RFP Number and indicate the information of the Proponent, not limited to the name of the entity, name of authorized representative, telephone number, and email address where the RFP package will be sent. Request for RFP package will be on December 3, 2024 at 2:00p.m. to December 5, 2024 at 3:00p.m. After completion of this period, the PRNG will only send RFP package to the Proponents who submits the request within the establish period. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be sent via email to
rfp2025@gnpr.pr.gov
no later than December 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m. Submitted questions and RFC must have the RFP reference number and point of contact information. Proponents shall submit their proposal no later than December 18, 2024 at 11:00a.m. Submission of the proposal will only be acepted by physical proposal submissions in GAM Tower #2 Tabonuco ST. 5th floor, Guaynabo, PR 00968 , Proponents are advised that the PRNG will require accept physical proposal submissions, whether by courier, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, personal delivery, similar physical means. The RFP process is desiged to promote fair and open competition while seeking a cost competitive option. Responses to this RFP should be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP package. The proposal will be evaluated by the PRNG as described in the RFP and in accordance with applicable local and federal laws and regulations. Prior to award the RFP, the PRNG must obtain the clearance from

to verify whether the contractor is or not eligible for award due to suspension, debarment, or imposed limited deniel of participation.
