Descripción: Contracting of Professional Services for the Evaluation of General Conditions of Real Estate; Development of the Maintenance and Repair Plan, and; Preparation of the Capital Improvements Plan, in accordance with the Transformation Plan for Puerto Rico 2023 promulgated by the Board of Administration and Financial Supervision, according to the Certified Fiscal Plan provided by the Promesa Law, Section 201. Type of service: Professional Engineering Services. Detail of Required Professional Services: The Public Buildings Authority (PBA) requests proposals for professional services from qualified entities that provide engineering services for the evaluation of general conditions of real estate, development of property maintenance and repair plans, and preparation of capital improvement plans related to real estate.

Any Bidder interested in obtaining the documents of this bidding process must make, within the period established in the Notification of need for professional services, a payment of $75.00 at the Administration Offices, located on the 6th Floor of the North Building of the Roberto Sánchez Vilella Governmental Center, located on Avenida De Diego (Stop 22), Barrio Santurce in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from March 21, 2025, until March 31, 2025, during the following schedule 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. or 12:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The PBA will open the proposals submitted for professional services on July 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The Opening Act will take place in Room A or B of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), Minillas Governmental Center, North Tower, P Floor, San Juan, P.R. The Opening Act will be open to the general public. The deadline to submit the proposal is July 11, 2025, until 9:30 a.m. The proposal will be presented in person at the reception of the Administration Office of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA), located at the Minillas Governmental Center, North Tower, 6th Floor, San Juan, P.R.
