Descripción: The project consists of the complete removal of existing roofing/waterproofing system at BQN Airport Main Terminal Building's roof, the installation of a new Fluid-Applied Roofing System; along with the waterproofing of all exterior building envelope including walls, parapets, facade elements, windows, doors and glazing by using elastomeric wall coatings and joint sealants. Other works such as removal and disposal of roof-mounted HVAC units, replacement of existing water cisterns and related components, and relocation of existing electrical and telecommunications conduits and wiring are part of the project. All works shall be in accordance with Drawings, Specifications and other Bid Documents.
