Bidder shall gain access to download the digital documents on the above specified date through the Portal AAA website at https://www.acueductos.pr.gov/infraestructura/aaa-subastas  
​To auto register in the bid(s) the bidder shall have an active account. Step 1- Login to your account (Portal AAA), Step 2- Click on AAA Subastas tab, Step-3- Select the bid and click register, Step 4-Pay online with a credit card in the amount specified above no later than the deadline time, prior to the bid opening.   If the bidder want to pay with cash, money order or certified check payable to Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados visit the cashier on the fourth floor of PRASA's Central Office, 604 Barbosa Avenue, Hato Rey, Suite 411, and then send an email to subastasaaa@acueductospr.com with the evidence of payment to gain access  not later than the deadline time, prior to the bid opening.  Payment will not be refunded.  Hard copies or CDs will not be provided by PRASA.
Any questions arising in connection with this auction must be submitted through Portal AAA, in accordance with the schedule established for this Request for Proposal.
The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority will receive sealed proposals at the Office of Procurement and Logistics, 3rd Floor, 604 Barbosa Avenue, Hato Rey, Puerto Rico, on or before the date and time indicated.
The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority reserve the right to cancel the award of a Request for Proposal at any time prior to the execution of the purchase order or contract, without incurring any liability.
