​The Puerto Rico Department of Education (PRDE) invites qualified business organizations to submit proposals for the provision of third-party fiduciary oversight, management, and administration services for United States Department of Education (USDE) grant funds. The purpose of this RFP is to support PRDE in the final phase of the transition from third-party fiduciary agent services to the full assumption of fiduciary responsibilities by PRDE, in accordance with applicable federal requirements and the specific conditions established by the USDE.​
