​The project consists in rehabilitating Antonio Rivera Rodríguez (VQS) Airport in the Municipal Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico, including the Main Terminal Building, Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF) Building, the W Lounge, Vieques Air Link Hangar and Storage, and General Site areas.  The scope of work includes removal and replacement of damaged architectural, mechanical, electrical, and site components such as translucent panels, fencing, glass panels, fire/smoke systems, rolling doors, windows, cement plaster ceilings, light poles, and related elements; mold remediation; installation of additional fasteners, waterproofing, weather stripping, safety films, light fixture connector hubs, roof improvements, and anchoring of site equipment.  The project also includes site and facility improvements, such as remodeling the existing food concession area, construction of new concession spaces in the parking area, and rehabilitation of the airport drop-off area and parking lot with new pavement, striping, and signage.​
