| | Lugar Pre-Subasta: The RFP will be available on September 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. The recommended, non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit are scheduled for September 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site. Non-attendance shall not disqualify a proposer. PRITA will not provide alternative individual site visits unless it determines otherwise in writing. Any clarifications or changes to the solicitation resulting from the pre-proposal meeting will be included as an amendment to the RFP.The proposal shall include all documents set forth in the "Instructions to Proposers" for both the technical and financial submissions. These documents will be used by PRITA to evaluate all proposals and select the proposer whose submission is most advantageous to PRITA and the public interest.Each proposer must submit two envelopes:1. Technical Submission: Containing technical information of the proposal, including the proposer qualifications, experience, operations plan, staffing plan, maintenance plan, safety plan, revenue-control plan, transition plan, and required certifications.2. Descripción:
The Puerto Rico Integrated Transportation Authority (PRITA) seeks proposals from qualified firms for the operation, maintenance, management, revenue control, customer service, and related services for the parking structures serving the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. The selected proposer shall be responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the parking facilities; the collection, control, reporting, and remittance of parking revenues; and the ordinary maintenance of the parking structures, parking equipment, and related operating systems.The parking facilities consist of approximately 343 parking spaces located within one parking structure and related parking areas serving the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. The facilities include parking access and revenue-control equipment, payment systems, cameras, signage, lighting components associated with parking operations, and related infrastructure.
