​The Puerto Rico Ports Authority (PRPA) is issuing this Request for Proposals to procure qualified firms to provide Architecture and Engineering (A/E) Services for the Recovery Project (#692344) Mercedita International Airport (PSE) in Ponce. The Project is administered by PRPA and funded under FEMA's Public Assistance (PA) Program in connection with federally declared disaster DR-4671 (Hurricane Fiona).

The Professional Services include condition assessment, technical studies, architectural and engineering design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, permitting support, and support services during the design and construction phases, in accordance with the FEMA-approved scope of work and in compliance with the applicable requirements of FEMA PA, COR3, OGPe, PAPPG (Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide), and 2 CFR 200, as required for PRPA's recovery projects.​
