Descripción:
The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) requires services for and Environmental Condition of Property Report (Environmental Baseline Survey/Pre-Construction Assessement) in suppport of AoN Maria MILCON Project. Specifically, the PRARNG is proposing to demolish the existing buildings and supporting structures of the Arroyo Readiness Center in Arroyo and FMS #2 in Gurabo due to all damages and lossess caused by Hurricane Maria, which hit Puerto Rico on September 20, 2017, and construct a new compliant based facilities. The purpose of the Environmental Condition Property report is to address past use of hazardous susbtances and potential contamination at Arroyo Readiness Center and FMS #2. These documents will also allows PRARNG to assess the current property conditions of the areas of concern to document, summarize, and accurately describe the environmental conditions and concerns of the land, facilities, and other real property assets.

From May 18, 2020 at 10:00a.m. to May 22, 2020 at 2:00p.m. the interested Proponents in participing in this acquisition process should call (787) 289-1400 extensions 1062/1050/1058/1051 or (787) 731-3633 ext. 1460 to register. On May 25, 2020 to May 26, 2020 it would be send to the registered Proponents a link that must access to downlaod the RFQ/RFP documents. RFQ/RFP documents are free of charge. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this request must be submitted via email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@mail.mil no later than June 2, 2020 at 2:00p.m. Submitted questions and RFC must have the RFQ/RFP reference number and provide the point of contact for the Proponent. Proponents shall submit their qualifications and proposal at the Construction and Facilities Management Office, #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico on or before June 11, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of 15% of the cost proposal on behalf of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard and submitted a Bond Capacity. The Proponents have to submit with their proposal: Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE), System for Award Management (SAM) registry and certification of Bidders Registration issued by General Service Administration (Certificado de Elegibilidad del Registro Unico de Licitadores emitido por la Administración de Servicios Generales).
