Descripción: Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) requires the services of a qualified entity to provide the services for removal and disposition of two underground storage tanks (UST's) located at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center (CSJTC), Salinas, Puerto Rico. The services includes the testing, plan development and execution of the plan for the removal and disposition of such UST's in compliance with all environmental State and federal laws.

1- This acquisition is open to the public. All entities must comply with some minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico: Certification of the Unique Bidders Registry (RUL), Sam's registry, CAGE and DUNS.2- PRARNG reserves the right to change or cancel this process at any time.3-PRARNG will not make any payments for the submittal of a proposal.4- Due to covid-19 and in compliance with applicable ordinances, PRARNG has established a process for the distribution of documents. All interested parties shall contact the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) to register to participate in this bid. Registration period is June 15-17, 2020; 8:00 a.m.-11:30am & 1:00pm-4:00pm. Office number is 787-289-1400 ext. 1051/1058/1050/1062. Contact person for this matter is Mrs. Yasmara Ríos Rivera, Assistant to Business Manager. Once the registration period is completed, CFMO will sent via email a link to download the bid documents and further instructions. Bid documents are free. Registration for participation is mandatory.5-A site visit affidavit is coordinated for Friday, June 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Once registration process is completed, CFMO will provide additional information for the visit. All participants will provide the specific name of its representative for the visit. The person to access the facility will require a valid ID and drivers license, if driving. The site visit is mandatory.6- Questions concerning this RFQ/RFP shall be in writing to the attention of CW2 Luis A. Sepúlveda, Business Manager, at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil; copy to Mrs. Yasmara Ríos at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil. It is the Contractors responsibility to confirm the delivery of such question. Due date for questions is June 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.7- Due date for Proposal packages is July 14, 2020 at 2:00p.m. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to CFMO office located at #100 general Esteves St., Pda. 3.5, San Juan, P.R. Notice of selection/award will be notified to all participants by letter.
