Descripción:
Sustainment of Building #205 at Fort Allen Training Center to include exterior painting of all the building and the replacement of doors and windows. Repairs are required due to damages to the building caused by hurricane Maria.

1- This bid is opened to the public. Participants will have ten (10) business days after bid opening to be properly registered at PR Unique Bidder's Registry.2- PRARNG reserves the right to cancel this bid process at any time.3- Documents will be distributed at the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) located at #100 Esteves St., Puerta de Tierra, San Juan. Distribution will be from Thursday, March 28, 2019 to Monday, April 1st, 2019 (8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.). The documents are distributed at no cost.4- A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the same building to be repaired, Bldg. 205 at Fort Allen Training Center in Juana Diaz, PR. The site visit will be inmediately after the meeting.5-Due date for questions concerning this bid is April 12, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.. Questions must be in writing to Ms Yasmara Ríos, Assistant to Business Manager, email yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil. It is the Contractor's responsability to confirm the delivery of the question. Contact numbers are 787-289-1400 exts. 1051/1058 and 1050.6- Bid opening is scheduled for April 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals must be submitted to CFMO. Bids will be read out loud.
