Descripción:

​Improvements of the existing treatment room area including the chlorination area.  The treatment room project includes all necessary improvements, replacement of softener tanks, brine tank, doors and windows replacement and electrical improvements.  The chlorination room project includes the installation of new instrumentation equipment, structural improvements, layout redesign including a backup chlorination system with the appropiate safety measures and electrical improvements.  The project includes the construction of a new storage room, chlorine storage room, new chain link fence around the entire facility, new chain link and pedestrian gate, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement and the acquisition of Guardian Blue Early Warning System.

Notas Especiales

​1- The Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) reserves the right to cancel this process at any moment.2- This bid is open to the public.  Nevertheless, in order to be considered for award process the Bidder must be registered at the Unique Bidder's Register of Puerto Rico General Services Administration (Registro Unico de Licitadores-ASG).3- A provisional bid bond in the corresponding amount of 10% of the bid price must be included as part of the proposal.  4- Bid documents will be distributed free of charge from Tuesday, January 23, 2018 to Monday, January 29, 2018.  Distribution time is from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.  No documents will be distributed outside of this period.  No documents will be sent by email.5- Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.  Meeting location is TAG conference room at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, P.R. (PR-52 exit 65).  Attendance to this meeting is limited to two representatives by Company, one car only.  You are highly encouraged to comply with this requirement, seating and car accomodation are limited.6- A mandatory site visit will be held on the same day right after completion of the pre-bid meeting.  7- All questions must be submitted in writing on or before Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.  POC for questions is Mrs. Yasmara Ríos Rivera at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil or (787) 289-1400 exts. 1050/1058.  It is the Contractor's responsibility to confirm the delivery of the questions.8- Due date for bid packages is Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  Proposals must be submitted to CFMO office at Joint Forces Headquartes, Puerta de Tierra.  This is an open bid process, opened to the public.  Bids will be read out lout the same day at 10:15 a.m.
