Descripción: This projects consists of the rehabilitation of male anda female toilet facilities and lockers rooms in the aircraft maintenance hangar. In addition, it include construction of a new females bathroom and the relocation of the janitorial/utility room. Mitigation of lead based paint tiles, lavatories and painted fixtures shall be executed prior to demolition activities. Other works to include the repairs of floor cracks and the application of epoxy coating of the hangar floor.

in participating in this bid
process should call at (787) 289-1400 extensions 1062/1058/1050
or (787) 731-3633 ext. 1460 to register. On May
26, 2020 to May 27, 2020 personnel
of the Construction and Facility Management Office
(CFMO) will send registered Bidders a link that
must be access to download the bid documents.
Bidding documents are free of
charge. A site visit will be held on
June 3, 2020 at 10:00a.m. CFMO's personnel will later
provide details and instructions to Bidders
for the site visit and pre-bid meeting.
Questions and Request for Clarifications
(RFC) relating of this bid must be submitted via
email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@mail.mil
no later than June 19, 2020 at 2:00p.m. Submitted
questions and RFC must have the bid reference number and
provide the Bidder's point of contact.
It is the bidder's responsability
to contact us to confirm receipt of
their email. Bidders shall submit their proposals at
the CFMO, located in #100 Esteves St. Stop
3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico,
on or before June 30, 2020 at 2:15p.m. The
proposals must be accompanied by: Bond Capacity and the
Bid Bond corresponding to ten
percent (10%) of the bid price on behalf of
the Puerto Rico Army National Guard. The Bidders have to submit with
their proposal: Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS),Commercial
and Government Entity (CAGE), System Award Management (SAM)
registry and "Certificado de Elegibilidad
del Registro Unico de Licitadores" issued by
"Administración de Servicios Generales". On
June 30, 2020 at 2:15p.m. the proposals will be
publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of
the CFMO, located in #100 Esteves St.
Stop 3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
