Descripción: Demolition of existing building for construction a new building (Gurabo Readiness Center aprox area: 31,505m^2). Activities included are: site, pavement, concrete, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and landscaping works and among others.

Scope of work, specifications, instructions to bidders and all necessary information prepared by Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO), may be obtained at the Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ's), Puerto Rico Army National Guard, Parada 3 - 1/2, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00901-2104.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a provisional Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bond capacity of $20,000,000.00 is required for proposal submission.
A site visit will be held on June 2, 2015 right after completion of pre-bid meeting.
The bidders will have until June 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. to submit any question in written. Questions must be sent to yanira.rivera16.nfg@mail.mil It is the bidder's responsability to contact us to confirm receipt of their request.
Bidders shall submit their proposals at the JFHQ's, JAS Office, Parada 3 - 1/2, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00901-2104. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the CFMO at 10:30 a.m.
Attendance of pre-meeting, site visit and pick-up of bid documents (scope of work, specification and instructions to bidders) are mandatory to submit the proposal.
