Descripción: The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) intends to hire an A/E Firm or Individual for the Modernization of 400's area Billeting Buildings at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center. This area encloses around 17 buildings, some of which were recently demolished or rehabilitated. The proposed design shall follow the guidelines of the Master Plan for CSJTC which will be provided to the selected Firm/Individual. The SOW includes the site plan for the area and the improvements of the utilities (electrical, water, sanitary and storm water). This RFP is available to those Firms/Individuals previously qualified under RFQ 2017-01 A/E services (Type A, B & C) for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary services).

1- This RFP is available exclusively to the Firms/Individuals previously qualified under RFQ 2017-01 A/E services for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary services).2- PRARNG reserves the right to amend/cancel this RFP at any moment.3- No fees will be paid for the submittal of a RFP package.4- A mandatory site visit is coordinated for Friday, March 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Point of meeting is Bldg. 55 (DPW) at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, PR. A site visit affidavit shall be included as part of the RFP package.5- Due date for questions concerning this RFP is Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Questions must be in writing to Ms. Yasmara Ríos, Assistant to Business Manager at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil, copy WO1 Luis Sepúlveda, Engineering Technician at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil.
