Notas Especiales
1- This invitation is extended ONLY to those firms or individuals previously qualified under RFQ 2017-01 AE services for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary projects), as per Notice of Qualification letter dated on March 6, 2017.
2- RFP package will be submitted via email to the above referenced firms/individuals on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.
3- In needed, the participants may request a hard copy of the documents at the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) located at Gen. Esteves St., Stop 3.5, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, PR. Documents will be distributed form January 9-12, 2018. Working hours for the public is from 8:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
4- The proposed acquisition will be funded with Federal resources, but the acquisition and payment process is that of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. (Departamento de Hacienda-Administración de Servicios Generales).
5- A MANDATORY site visit is schedule for January 12, 2018. The group will meet at the entrance of AASF at 9:30 a.m.
6- PRARNG reserves the right to cancel this RFP process in any moment.
