Descripción: The projects consists of the demolition of 18 buildings of 3,053SF each, or a total of 54,954SF of concrete of concrete, metal and wood structures at CSJTC in Salinas, Puerto Rico. The buildings were tested for asbestos and lead, and negative certifications are available. Works shall include the removal and disposition debris from the site, fill and level, and plant grass on impacted areas.

From May 11, 2020 at 10:00a.m. to May 15, 2020 at 2:00p.m., Bidders should call at (787) 289-1400 extensions 1062/1050/1058/1051 or (787) 731-3633 ext. 1460 to register. On May 25, 2020 to May 26, 2020 personnel of the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) will send registered Bidders a link that must be access to download the bid documents. Bidding documents are free of charge. A site visit will be held on June 4, 2020 at 10:00a.m. CFMO's personnel will later provide details and instructions to Bidders for the site visit. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this bid must be submitted via email to yanira.rivera-ortiz.nfg@mail.mil no later than June 15, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Submitted questions questions and RFC must have the bid reference number and provide the point of contact for the Bidder. It is the bidder's responsability to contact us to confirm receipt of their email. Bidders shall submit their proposals at the CFMO, #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2 Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico, on or before June 23, 2020 at 10:00a.m. The proposals will be publicly opened and read out loud in the Conference Room of the CFMO on June 23, 2020 at 10:15a.m. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of ten percentage (10%) of the bid price on behalf of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard and submitted a Bond Capacity. The Bidders have to submit with their proposal: Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE), System for Award Management (SAM) registry and certification of Bidders Registration Office issued by General Administrative Services (Certificado de Elegibilidad del Registro Unico de Licitadores emitido por la Administracion de Servicios Generales).
