Descripción: The purpose of the project is to repair damages caused by hurricane Maria to the existing facilities of Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) located at Humacao, PR. The subject facility was affected by the sustained winds and rainfall during the storm. The intention of the project is to obtain a fully functional facility with an enclosed envelop and secure perimeter by means of Design/Build method. The activities shall include, among others, repairs to perimeter fence, replacement of doors and windows, roof repairs, repairs to electrical utilities, replacement of HVAC units, mold assessment and finishes of walls and ceilings.

1- PRARNG reserves the right to change or cancel this acquisition process at any time.2- PRARNG will not pay any fees for the submittal of a proposal.3-This Request for proposal (RFP) is valid exclusively to the Proponents previously qualified under RFQ 2018- Design Build services for PRARNG.4- RFP documents and forms will be distributed at no cost at the Construction and Facilities Management Offices (CFMO) located at PRARNG Joint Forces Head Quarters, #100 Gen. Esteves St., Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, PR. The documents will be distributed in March 6-8, 2019, from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.5- A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for March 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at Humacao Readiness Center. Location is provided in this announcement.6- Questions concerning this RFP must be in writing emailed to Ms. Yasmara Rios, Assistant to Business Manager, at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil. Copy WO1 Luis Sepúlveda, Engineering Technician at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil. It is the Proponent's responsability to confirm the delivery of such request.
