Descripción: The proposed project considers the demolition of approximately 13,186 square feet of buildings, including but not limited to internal walls, electrical and plumbing fixtures, electrical and mechanical piping, etc. The structures will be demolished down to grade level, concrete slabs and underground footing. The Contractor will be in charge of the permits and coordination process with the applicable government agencies. Debris must be disposed of properly. Cavities resulting from the removal of footings must be filled to obtain a level and uniform terrain. The Contractor shall clean all culverts, strom sewer structures and pipes within the project limits.

Notas Especiales
1- Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) reserves the right to cancel this process at any time.
2- Bid documents are distributed free of charge. Documents will be available at the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) located at #100 Esteves St., Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, P.R., from thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m until Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Distribution (except for the 23rd) is from 8:00a.m. to 3:00p.m (lunch time is from 11:30a.m.-1:00p.m).
3- Registration at the Unique's Bidders Registry is a requirement. Participant's will have 10 days after the bid opening to submit the certificate.
4- Pre-bid meeting is mandatory. The meeting will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Annex to Building #333 at Fort Allen Training Center (FATC), Juana Díaz, P.R. You must have a valid ID (driver's licence, passport) in order to enter to the facilities. The driver must posess a valid driver's licence.
5- Site visit, also mandatory, will be held inmediately after the pre-bid conference.
6-Due date for questions is June 6 , 2019. Questions concerning this bid shall be in writing to the attention of CW Luis Sepúlveda (luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil) and copy Ms. Sol M. Rosario at sol.m.rosario2.nfg@mail.mil. It is the Contractors responsability to confirm the delivery of the questions. Contact numbers are 787-289-1400 exts. 1058/1051 & 1050).
7- A provisional bid bond in the amount of 10% of the proposal is required as part of the bid package.
8- Bid opening is scheduled for June 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Packages must be submittedin closed envelopes to CFMO office. The proposals will be read out loud.
