Descripción:
The Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) for the Puerto Rico National Guard (PRARNG) is seeking to qualify Firms/Individuals for AE services for the design of MILCON projects for PRARNG. This qualification is only for properties (facilities) located in State land. Proposed acquisition process will be accordingly to State laws and regulations (State General Services Administration and PR Internal Revenue Service). The services to be provided includes A/E services type A, B & C incompliance with State Construction Building Code, Military Construction Program, DoD's Unified Facilities Code, Antiterrorism and others. Environmental and State/Federal endorsements/permits process may also be required. Proposed designs may vary from Readiness Centers, Aviation Facilities, Facility/ Vehicle Maintenance Support Centers

1- This Request for Qualifications is available to all Firms/Individuals duly qualified to provide Architecture/Engineering services under the laws and regulations of the Government of Puerto Rico.
2- PRARNG reserves the right to accept/reject any RFQ package accordingly to the RFQ requirements.
3- PRARNG reserves the right to cancel this process at any time.
4- Qualification forms and all necessary information may be obtained at CFMO offices located at #100 Gen. Esteves St., Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, PR. The office is located on a second floor; no elevator service is available. Please contact us if you need assistance. The documents will be distributed from Thursday, February 28, 2018 until Wednesday, March 6, 2018. (From 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.; lunch break is from 11:30-12:30pm) Documents are free of chargelo.5-Questions concerning this RFQ must be in writing to Ms. Yasmara Rios, Assistant to CFMO Business Manager, at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil.; copy to WO1 Luis Sepulveda, Engineering Technician, at luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil. It is the Proponent's responsability to confirm the delivery of the email. Due date for questions is March 12, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Questions will be responded by means of addendums sent to all participants.6- RFQ packages must be submitted in person, unless otherwise specified in RFQ documents od addendums. 7- No compensation will be provided for this RFQ.
