From July 3:00p.m. at 9:00a.m. to July 7, 2020 at 3:00p.m. the interested Bidders in participating in this acquisition process should call at (787) 289-1400 extension 1058/1051/1062 to register. Registration is compulsory to participate in this acquisition process. On July 8, 2020 CFMO's personnel will send to registered Bidders a link that must be access to download the bid documents. Bid documents are free of charge. A compulsory site visit will be held on July 10, 2020 at 10:00a.m. CFMO's personnel will later provide details and instructions to Bidders for the site visit. Questions and Request for Clarifications (RFC) relating of this bid must be submitted via email to Sol M. Rosario at sol.m.rosario2.nfg@mail.mil and copy luis.a.sepulvedagarcia.mil@mail.mil no later than July 14, 2020 at 3:00p.m. Submitted questions and RFC must have the bid reference number and provide the point of contact for the Bidder. It is the bidder's responsibility to contact us to confirm receipt of their email. Bidders shall submit their proposals at the Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO), located in #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico, on or before July 24, 2020 at 10:00a.m. The proposal will be publicly opened and read aloud in Puerto Rico Army National Guard Museum, located in #100 Esteves St. Stop 3-1/2, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico, on July 24, 2020 at 10:15a.m. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the bid price. The Bidders may submit the Bid Bond through a surety company on behalf of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG). Bond Capacity is required. The Bidder have to submit with their proposal: Data Universal Numbering (DUNS), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE, and active SAM registry, and "Certificado de Elegibilidad del Registro Unico de Licitadores" issued by ASG.
