​Scope of work, specifications, instructions to bidders and all necessary information prepared by Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO), may be obtained at the Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ's), Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG), #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
 
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
 
Bond capacity is required for proposal submission.
 
A site visit will be held on February 26, 2016 right after completion of pre-bid meeting.
 
The bidders will have until March 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to submit any question in written. Questions must be sent to yanira.rivera.nfg@mail.mil It is the bidder's responsability to contact us to confirm receipt of their request.
 
Bidders shall submit their proposals at the JFHQ's, JAG Office, #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the CFMO on March 23, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.
 
Attendance of pre-meeting, site visits and pick-up of bid documents (scope of work, specification and instructions to bidders) are mandatory to submit the proposal.
