PRARNG through the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) cordially invites you to participate in the Request for Qualification (RFQ) for professional environmental services with experience in training for spills prevention control and countermeasure plan. Interested participants must complete a registration process in person at CFMO. Registration process will be until April 4, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in CFMO. Proponents will have until April 7, 2017 at 2:00p.m. to submit any questions in written. Questions must be sent by e-mail to yanira.rivera16.nfg@mail.mil It is the Proponent's responsability to contact CFMO to confirm receipt of their request. Qualifications package shall be submitted to the CFMO no later than April 20, 2017 at 10:00a.m. The packages must be submitted in person, not by e-mail, fascimile or mail. CFMO is located at PRARNG Headquarter, #100 Esteves Street Puerta de Tierra in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
