Descripción: Improvements to the existing distribution pump house and cistern tank, including, but not limited to electrical improvements as controls, lighting and power, re-arrangement of layout plan, all necessary structural improvements, pump capacity improvements, replacements of mechanical accesories and securiry system. For the cistern tank the improvements includes interior and exterior walls sealing, installation of instrumentation equipment and safety improvements.

1. The Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) reserves the right to cancel this process at any moment.
2. The bid is open to the public. Nevertheless, in order to be considered for award the Bidder must be registered at the Unique Bidders Register of Puert Rico General Services Administration (Registro Unico de Licitadores de ASG).
3. A provisional bid bond in the corresponding amount of 10% of the bid price must be included as part of the proposal.
4. Bid documents will be distributed free of charge from Tuesday, January 23, 2018 to Monday, January 29, 2018. Distribution time is from 8:00 to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 to 3:30 PM. No documents will be distributed after this period. No documents will be distributed by email.
5. Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. Meeting location is TAG Conference Room at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, at Salinas, PR. (PR-52 Exit #65 to Camp Santiago). Attendance to the meeting is limited to one car per company, two participants maximum. Please comply with this requirement since the space for parking and seating is limited.
6. Mandatory site visit will be held on the same day right after completion of the pre-bid meeting.

8. Due date for proposals is Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Proposals must be submitted at CFMO Office at Joint Forces Headquarters, Puerta de Tierra. This is an open bid process, openend to the public. Proposals will be read out loud the same day at 9:15 a.m.
