Scope of works, specifications, instructions to bidders and all necessary information prepared by Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) may be obtained at JFHQ, Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Delivery will be made within period of 8:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. and 1:00p.m. to 3:000 p.m. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the corresponding amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Bond Capacity is required for proposal submission. A site visit will be held on June 10,2016 right after completion of pre-bid meeting. Bidders will have until June 22, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. to submit any question in written. Questions must be sent to yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil It is bidder's responsability to contact CFMO to confirm receipt of their request. Bidders shall submit their proposal at the JFHQ, CFMO, #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra , San Juan, Puerto Rico. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the SMD on July 1, 2016 at 10:15a.m. Attendance of pre-bid meeting, site visit and pick-up (scope of works, specifications and instruction to bidders) are mandatory to submit the proposal.
