  ​​1- PRARNG reserves the right to cancel this RFP process at any time.
  2- This Request for proposals is applicable only to those companies previously qualified under RFQ 2017-01 A/E services type A. B & C for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary services).
  3- RFP documents will be distributed by email to those previously qualified companies.
  4- A mandatory prebid meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will be held at the Sate Military Department (SMD) conference room located at PRARNG Headquarters at #100 Gen. Esteves Street, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, PR.
  5- Mandatory site visits will be held for each facility as follows: June 6 at 11a.m. (Vega Baja & Arecibo); June 7 at 10a.m. (Aguadilla & Mayagüez); June 10 at 9a.m. (Aibonito & Utuado); June 11 at 9am (Ceiba & Ponce).6- Due date to submit questions is June 18, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.  Questions must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Lisa M. Escobales to lescobales@gnpr.pr.gov.  It is the Contractor's responsability to confirm the delivery of such questions.7- Proposals packages must be submitted in paper to SMD on or before  July 2, 2019at 2:00 p.m. in sealed envelope. The proposals will not be read out loud.
