Descripción: Request for proposals for A/E services for the design of the HVAC system of Bldg. 148 at Fort Allen Training Center (FATC) at Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico. The building is a dining facility for the military that serve at FATC. This RFP is open to those Firms/Individuals previously qualified under RFQ 2017-01 A/E services for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary services)

1- Participation on this RFP process is limited to those companies already qualified under RFQ 2017-01 A/E services for PRARNG (Multidisciplinary services).2- Documents will be distributed at CFMO from April 9 to 12, 2019. CFMO office is located at #100 Gen. Esteves St., Puerto Nuevo San Juan (PRARNG San Juan Headquarters), from 8:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. Lunch period is from 11:30 to 12:30m.3- Documents are distributed free of charge.4- Questions concerning this RFP shall be in writing to Mrs. Sol M. Rosario, Contract Technician, at sol.m.rosario2.nfg@mail.mil; copy to Mrs. Yasmara Ríos, Assistant to Business Manager at yasmara.rios2.nfg@mail.mil. Due date for questions is April 16, 2019 at 4:00 p.m.5- Due date for proposals is April 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Packages must be submitted in person to CFMO office.6- Resources for this service are 100% Federal, processed and paid thru the State government process (Dpto. de Hacienda/ASG).
