Descripción: The Department of Transportation and Public Works, through its Directorate of Urbanism, is seeking qualifications from professional service providers interested in the preparation of the delimitation and Rehabilitation plan of urban Center for Palmer in the Municipality of Río Grande, as required by the Act No. 212 - 2002, as amended, better known as the Revitalization of Urban Centers Act.
