​The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) is soliciting this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for geotechnical engineers consultant. Our main purpose is to create a database for future is Request for Proposal (RFP) for several new projects.
 
PRARNG reserves the right to: cancel any portion or the entire RFQ at any time, extend the proposal submission deadline, waive any defect, irregularity, informality in the RFQ procedure or in any response to RFQ.
 
Proposal documents and forms, and all other necessary information may be obtained at the Construction and Facilities and Management Office (CFMO) at Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ's), #100 Esteves Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
 
Questions concerning this RFQ will be in written only and submitted by to SFC Tomás López, Business Manager - tomas.lopezramirez.mil@mail.mil; copy Yanira RIvera - yanira.rivera16.nfg@mail.mil. The Proponent shall communicate with Contracting Section to verify the receipt of the question call phone number (787) 289-1400 extension 1050/1063. Questions must received no later than May 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
 
Proponents interested in providing the requested professional service shall submitted the documents in person in the CFMO at #100 Esteves Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico. At this time, the PRARNG will read aloud the names of the Proponents but will not open the submittals.
