​The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) is soliciting this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for land survey and topography services. Our main purpose is to create a database for future es Request for Proposal (RFP) for several new projects.
 
PRARNG reseves the right to: waive any defect, irregulatity, or informaclity in the RFQ procedure or in any response to RFQ, cancel any portion or he entire RFQ at any time and extend the proposal submission deadline.
 
Proposal documents and forms, and all other necessary information may be obtained at tha Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) at Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ's), #100 Esteves, Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
 
Questions concerning this RFQ will be in written only and submitted by to SFC Tomás López, Business Manager - tomas.lopezramirez.mil@mail.mil, copy Yanira Rivera - yanira.rivera16.nfg@mail.mil. The Proponent shall communicate with Contracting Section to verify the receipt of the question call phone number (787) 289-1400 extensions 1050/1063. Question must be received no later than May 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
 
Proponents interested in providing the requested professional service shall submit RFQ to the CFMO no later than May 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The RFQ shall be submitted in person in the Office at the JFHQ's, CFMO, #100 Esteves Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico.'At this time, the PRARNG will read aloud the names of the Proponents but will not open the submittals.
