The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) through the Construction and Facility Management Office (CFMO) cordially invites you to participate in the Request for the Qualifications (RFQ) for water resources engineering.RFQ documents may be obtained at PRARNG Headquarter, #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico, will be distributed until March 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.Proponents will have until March 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. to submit any questios in written. Questios must be sent to yanira.rivera16.nfg@mail.mil It is Proponent's responsability to contact us to confirm receipt of their request.The proposal shall be submitted to the CFMO no later than March 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. The proposal shall be submitted either by person, not by e-mail, facsimile or mail. The office is located at the PRARNG Headquarter, CFMO, #100 Esteves St. Puerta de Tierra, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
