Response deadline: All Proposals and related documents, samples and other materials must be delivered in person on or before 3:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2019 at: Calle Federico Costa #150, San Juan, PR 00919-0759 Attention: Office of Academic Affairs. Any proposal received after the time and date specified herein will be disqualified from consideration by the PRDE.
