​​RFQ Documents will be available in hard copy only on April 15, 2019, 10:00 AM (1000 hours) until April 30, 2019, 9:45 AM (0945 hours), Puerto Rico Time, at Floor P, PRIFA Main Office Building (Old Government Development Bank Building), Minillas Government Center, De Diego Avenue, san Juan, Puerto Rico. Registration cost shall be $2,000.00, payable to PRIFA only by registered check or money order. Pre-submittal Meeting: Interested Proposers must participate in the Proposal Pre-submittal Meeting to be held on April 30, 2019, 10:00 AM (1000 hours), Puerto Rico Time, at PRIFA at Floor P, PRIFA Main Office Building, (Old Government Development Bank Building), Minillas Government Center, De Diego Avenue, San Juan. Proposers will have to sign at the meeting site to certify to the PRIFA compliance with this requirement. Only those Proposers who have paid the registration fee will be allowed to participate in the Pre­ Submittal Meeting, and attest to doing so.  ​Tour of the ASSMCA Site: Registered Proposers will participate in a mandatory tour of the ASSMCA Site with PRIFA representatives on April 30, 2019, 2:00 PM (1400 hours), Puerto Rico Time. Place of meeting to start the tour shall be announced at the Pre-Submittal meeting.  Any questions arising from such tour must be submitted in writing by the Registered Proposers to the PRIFA. Any such questions and the answers by the PRIFA to any such questions shall be made available to all Registered Proposers by the PRIFA.
