  ​​​In accordance with Act No. 44 of June 21, 1988, as amended, and Procurement Regulation Number 5853 of Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (PRIFA) approved September 9, 1998.   PRIFA is requesting competitive bids from contractors, for the Project referenced above.  PRIFA, in representation of the State Office of Energy Policy (SOEP), is issuing this Invitation for Bid to solicit bids from experienced Bidders interested in providing residential refrigerator replacement, air conditioning unit replacement, and general contractor services for the Project.​



This Project consists of the supply and installation of approximately four hundred and sixty five (465) refrigerators, two hundred and sixty (260) air conditioning units, the removal and disposition of existing refrigerators and air conditioning units, and the implementation of general contractor works at approximately six hundred (600) WAP eligible homes throughout Puerto Rico (as specified in the Bid Documents).  All work to be done will be in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Bid packages can be collected beginning Wednesday, May 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. and will be available until Wednesday, May 20 at PRIFA'S offices located at 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza Building, 12 th Floor, Hato Rey.  Bid packages will have non-reimbursable cost of twenty dollars ($20.00) payable to the PRIFA with certified check or money order.  Payments in cash will not be accepted.
