Descripción: Federico Asenjo Middle School located in the
Municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico at Borinquen Avenue, Barrio Obrero. Consist
of five (5) Concrete and Masonry Buildings (Original Historic Building
"A" date is estimated from 1920-1930; additional Buildings estimated
dates are from 1960 to present), and three (3) Lightweight Steel and Wood
Gazebos. This school serve 315 students (projected) from 7th to 9th grades. The work
will be consisting in architectural works, mechanical, plumbing, electrical,
structural, civil and general works (including painted, roof treatment, stormwater
management system, health etc). The work for this project is detailed in the
plans and specifications attached as part of this Bid package.
