REEMPLAZO DE PUERTAS Y VENTANAS EXTERIORES
WIND RETROFIT PROJECTS FORTALEZA BUILDING #50
 
This IFB specifically attends for the Wind Retrofit Projects of Fortaleza Building #50 located in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico (the Project).  Through this IFB, PRIFA will evaluate all proposers that submit Proposals in order to select the best Proposer that complies with all requirements presented in this IFB.  PRIFA’s roles and responsibilities to the Owner comprise the assistance in procurement process, as technical advisors in connection with the IFB process, to provide contract award recommendation(s), and to assist in the execution of the contract documents if need be.
 
Bid packages can be collected since May 2, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to May 9, 2014 until 4:00 p.m. at PRIFA’s offices located on 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza building, Fourth Floor, Hato Rey.  Bid packages will have a non-reimbursable cost of one hundred dollars ($100.00) payable to PRIFA. Payments can be made by certified check or money order. Payments in cash will not be accepted.
 
The mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at PRIFA’s offices located on 268 Muñoz Rivera Avenue in World Plaza, Hato Rey, 17th Floor Conference Room.  All formal bids must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid value.  All bids received, will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Board of Awards at the 17th Floor Conference Room, at the Proposal Submittal Due Date.  PRIFA reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal and to recommend to the Executive Director the awarded proposers under the most favorable conditions to PRIFA’s.  All interested contractors must comply with the IFB packages provisions and they will be responsible to deliver the documents before Proposal submission deadline.
