Descripción: The
Project consists of the installation of approximate 42,000 square feet of a
waterproofing system for residential units of the ‘Comunidades Especiales’
Program. Said units are located Islandwide and will be referred to the
Contractor by the Project Owner as Task Order during a time period of one (1)
year. Approved waterproofing systems to
be considered by Project Owner for this bid.
Work to be performed shall consist mainly of surface preparation, water
accumulation repair, drain repair, waterproofing
installation, debris disposal, as well as compliance with all
applicable state and federal laws and regulations in order to perform said
activities. All work to be done will be
in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Notas Especiales
All formal
bids must include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum
bid value. Additionally, in accordance
with Law Number 85 of June 18, 2002, the contractor shall submit an Eligibility
Certificate from the General Services Administration. PRIFA reserves the right
to accept or reject any bids and to recommend to the Executive Director the
bid’s award under the most favorable conditions to PRIFA. All
interested contractors must comply with the Bid packages provisions and they
will be responsible to deliver the documents before bid submission deadline.
