The Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC, for its Spanish acronym) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations, with established and verifiable experience to provide one or more of the following services for the Small Business Financing (SBF) and Construction and Commercial Revolving Loan (CCRL) Programs under the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR):                                                                                                                   Relationship Managers:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       1. Qualified firms/individuals that will serve as the principal contact for applicant businesses for the CDBG-DR funded SBF and CCRL programs throughout the island.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               2. The firms will provide technical assistance in producing betted grant or loan applications that will help businesses implement their business recovery and growths plans.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    All services must be compliant with local and federal laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to 2 CFR 200, in particular 2 CFR 200.318-326, the Appropriations Act and the Federal Register Notice.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available in digital format on March 11, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., through the following link: http://www.cdbg-dr.pr.gov/en/procurement-documents/ .
