The bidding documents will be available at the offices of the Infrastructure Financing Authority of Puerto Rico (AFI), located on the floor P of the Roberto Sánchez Vilellas Center in Minillas, José de Diego Ave. San Juan, P.R., open Monday through Friday from 8-12 _ 1-4:30 pm. They will have a non-refundable cost of five hundred $500.00 payable to AFI, the payment will be received by manager's check, money order or cash.The pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 10:00 am at the World Plaza Building, Floor P, Multipurpose Room, 268 Muñoz Rivera Ave. Hato Rey, PR 00918, and the project visit will be on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 10:00 am. The pre-bid meeting and de site visit are mandatory. Question deadline Monday, February 10, 2020 at 10:00a.m. Once the meeting has started, the doors closed, and the public will not be allowed to enter the meeting. Every participant must be present until the pre-bid meeting ended. The participant bidders will be responsible for evaluating the bidding documents and submitting the questions, doubts or comments within the date provided in the instructions to the bidder.Tenderers must submit their proposal electronically in compliance with the requirements established in the ITP, which are part of the bid documents by email subastas@afi.pr.gov on or before Friday, February 28, 2020 at 4:00 pm. This bid process does not involve public opening. The AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that does not meet the bid requirements. The bid board also reserves the right to recommend to the Executive Director the award under the terms and conditions that are favorable to the AFI. All bidders must submit their proposal on the established date and time. This process will be governed by the regulation of purchases and Bid NO. 5853 and the applicable legal sources. Participants must register the name of the company represented in all registration (Purchase registration document, pre-bid meeting register, project site visit assistance record among, others), all this documents are mandatory.
